Roborock S7 Robot Vacuum Cleaner – A smart cleaner

Roborock S7 Robot Vacuum Cleaner launched by Roborosc that is a smart vacuum cleaner that would mop better than previous models

Roborock comes a new robotic vacuum cleaner: Roborock S7 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, a self-capturing vacuum cleaner that would mop better than previously launched Roborock models, the brand said. Roborock is a subsidiary of Xiaomi, which earlier this week already launched the Xiaomi Mi Smart Clock launched.

Roborock S7 robot vacuum cleaner

The Roborock S7 robot vacuum cleaner was announced today during CES 2021, which takes place online this year due to the corona virus. It’s the first robot vacuum cleaner from Roborock that can mop sonically: this means that not only is mopped, but that stuck dirt is also loosened with the help of vibration.

Roborock app

Like many other robot vacuum cleaners, the Roborock S7 can be controlled via the app. You can indicate the ‘clean intensity’ here: this means that you can set how hard the robot vacuum cleaner should vibrate to get the floors clean.

In the app you can also view which rooms the Roborock S7 robot vacuum cleaner has already vacuumed and mopped. View more of the operation of this new robot vacuum cleaner in the video below.

VibraRise

One of the big points to consider when buying a robot vacuum cleaner is the maximum threshold height and suitability for the surface. The Roborock S7 seems to be able to estimate this itself.

With VibraRise, the robot vacuum cleaner can recognize a specific surface and make settings for it. For example, the vibrating plate for dirt can be raised and can be stopped under water supply (useful with carpets of course).

Buy Roborock S7: price and availability

Do you want the Roborock S7 to vacuum and mop your home soon? Then you have to be patient for a while. The company announces that the vacuum cleaner will be available on (virtual) shelves on March 24. It will cost $ 649, converted to about 530 euros.

Later on, the charging station will be announced, where the vacuum cleaner can not only charge itself but also empty itself. Roborock is certainly not a first with this: iRobot already made this possible with the Roomba.
