Its versatility has made it an essential home-made tool. Often composed of a bowl placed on a base which encloses the motor. This is often accompanied by a blender. It has multiple accessories for grating, chopping, mixing, emulsifying and much more.
The Robot on a base
Like a professional robot, the robot on a base or pastry robot, is composed of a bowl placed on a base holding it, and an arm plunging inside the bowl. It comes with a pastry kit allowing you to whip, beat and knead. Accessories are tending to diversify, making it multifunctional: ice cream makers, vegetable slicers, etc.
The robot on a heating base
The base of the robot heats up allowing the items to be cooked in the bowl, thus saving time. it allows you to cook, sear and simmer the preparation.
