Los Angeles-based Ausounds, which only builds headphones, has released the Au-Stream Hybrid model. The Au-Stream Hybrid features Active Noise Canceling (ANC) and is completely wireless. According to the manufacturer, the AU-Stream Hybrid offers not only powerful, high-quality sound, but also the very latest noise cancellation technology.
The highly polished housing of the Au-Stream Hybrid features high-quality 9.2 millimeter AU-Titanium three-layer composite film drivers and has a claimed frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The built-in Hybrid Active Noise Canceling provides a noise reduction of 25 dB to ensure an accurate sound image and at the same time reduce distracting ambient noise.
The case weighs only 6.5 grams per earbud and is comfortable to wear thanks to the three sizes of interchangeable silicone ear tips that are included. The new in-ears are also perfect training partners. With the IPX5 rating, they are resistant to moisture and sweat.
Of course, a transport box is also included that also serves as a charging station. After only 15 minutes of charging, the user has up to three hours of playtime. Total charging time is just 90 minutes, with the earbuds and shipping box providing up to 8.6 hours of music playback (five hours with ANC on). Including the battery capacity of the transport, the total playing time is 25 hours.
Music comes in via bluetooth 5.0 with support for SBC and AAC. Operation is done by touching the housing. And voice assistants Siri and Google Assistant are also supported.
The Ausounds Au-stream Hybrid is available in four colors, namely red, gold, black and gray.
